OUR CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy – iMalta Boat Trips

At iMalta Boat Trips, we understand that plans can change. That’s why we offer a flexible cancellation policy to give you peace of mind when booking your experience.

  • Full Refund:
    You are eligible for a 100% refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time of your activity.
  • Late Cancellations:
    Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of the activity are not eligible for a refund, as we reserve the boat or equipment exclusively for you.
  • No-Shows:
    Guests who do not show up for their booking without prior notice will be charged the full amount.
  • Weather Conditions:
    In the rare case that we must cancel due to unsafe weather or sea conditions, you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative time or date.
